Annie's Orphans
Annie's Orphans is Durango, Colorado's only limited-admission dog shelter. Anna Anderson has given sanctuary to all breeds of abandoned or neglected dogs for over 30 years. Currently Annie's has over 60 dogs awaiting forever homes. The FPA has given Annie's a grant to build an animal care and volunteer center.
